FAQs:

Q. By hitting Submit, do I have a confirmed appointment?
A. Not quite yet. Completing this form does not automatically assign you an appointment, so please be sure to pick up when your caller ID reads Burton Motorsports. We will confirm your appointment date over the phone. Unlike other dealerships, we do not double-book; your appointment slot is dedicated to you. This helps us turn around most jobs in one day. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us with at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.

Q. When should I drop my bike off?
A. Bikes must be dropped off no later than 10am on the day of your appointment. (Please note that some jobs will require you to drop the bike off the day before; we’ll let you know if that’s the case.) If you are new to us, please arrange to drop your bike off during open hours, as you’ll need to sign the Repair Order.

Q. When can I pick up my bike?
A. We’ll give you an estimate when we confirm your appointment. We do our best to offer same-day and one-day turnaround, but that depends on the service being performed and parts availability. Please arrange to pick up your bike during open hours only.

If you are scheduling an appointment for troubleshooting (as opposed to regularly scheduled maintenance), plan on leaving it with us for at least one week. We’ll first need time to diagnose the problem, then contact you for approval to move forward, then order the corresponding parts and make the repair. We’ll give you our best-guess timeframe once we’ve pinpointed the problem.

Q. What kind of payments do you accept?
A. We love local checks & debit cards; it keeps our overhead costs lower. But for your convenience, we also accept MasterCard & Visa.
